Yes. We handle the mechanical side of ductless mini-split installations: refrigerant line sets, condensate drain lines, and line-hide conduit on brick or masonry exteriors. We work in pre-war rowhouses, apartment buildings, loft conversions, and commercial spaces across Brooklyn and Queens. Electrical connection is coordinated with a licensed electrician.
A fan coil unit (FCU) is a heating and cooling terminal unit connected to a central chilled water or hot water system — common in co-ops, condos, and mixed-use buildings built from the 1960s onward. We install, replace, and connect FCUs including supply and return piping, condensate drain, and controls. Fan coil work is a step up from mini-split installation and requires understanding the building's central plant.
