Emergencies & after hours

Do you offer 24/7 emergency service?+
Yes — no heat, burst pipes, active leaks, sewer backups, water heater and pump failures. Call and we quote the after-hours rate before dispatching.
What counts as an emergency?+
Anything causing damage right now or leaving you without heat or water. A dripping faucet can wait for Tuesday; water in a ceiling can't.
Which areas do you cover at night?+
All five boroughs, fastest in Brooklyn and Queens. Long Island, Yonkers and Westchester depend on the job.

Pricing & payment

How do you price work?+
Flat diagnostic fee for the visit, then a quoted price for the repair before we start. No hourly surprises.
Do you give free estimates?+
For installations, replacements and renovation work, yes. Diagnostic service calls carry a fee, credited toward the repair if you book it.
Do you bill property managers?+
Yes, we invoice on account for multi-family and commercial clients with a service agreement.

Scheduling & service

What are your normal hours?+
Monday to Saturday, 7am to 6pm, plus 24/7 emergency coverage.
How soon can you come out?+
Same day in Ridgewood, Bushwick, Maspeth, Glendale and Middle Village. Same or next day elsewhere in Brooklyn and Queens.
Do you charge extra for weekends?+
Saturday is a normal working day for us. Sundays and overnights carry an emergency rate, quoted up front.

Credentials & the work itself

Are you licensed and insured?+
Licensed NYC Home Improvement Contractor, DCWP 2126225, fully insured. Certificates on request.
Do you pull permits?+
Where the work requires them, yes — gas piping, boiler replacements and build-outs especially.
Do you warranty your work?+
Labor is warrantied, and installed equipment carries the manufacturer warranty. We register it for you.
Do you do residential and commercial?+
Both. Single-family houses, two-families, multi-family buildings, commercial spaces and mechanical rooms.
