We serve all these areas too.
Slow but not blocked means there's partial restriction — either scale buildup, root intrusion at a joint, or a section that's partially collapsed. A camera inspection tells you which. Scale buildup responds well to hydro-jetting. Root intrusion at a joint can be rooted and treated with root-killing foam but will recur unless the joint is repaired. A partially collapsed section needs targeted replacement. Without the camera, you'd be guessing — and cleaning a section that's structurally failing just delays the problem.
Industrial-to-residential conversions in Industry City typically involve new water supply stacks, drain rough-in through concrete slab (or overhead if slab cutting is not practical), new HVAC mechanical — usually mini-split or hydronic systems in the loft format — and all fixture rough-ins per the residential layout. We've done commercial rough-ins in Sunset Park industrial buildings and can coordinate with the contractor and DOB permit process from the mechanical side.
