What does a diagnostic service call cost?

There's a flat diagnostic fee for the visit. If you book the repair with us, we credit it toward the job.

Can you figure out why my boiler keeps locking out?

Yes. Repeated lockouts are usually low water, a failing thermocouple, a control board issue or a gas pressure problem. We work through the sequence and find it.

What if the problem is intermittent?

We document what we find, test under load where possible, and give you a most-likely diagnosis with options. Some intermittent problems need a second visit when it's actively failing.

Do you charge for a second visit if you don't find it the first time?

We'll tell you upfront if we think a second visit is likely. We don't charge twice for the same diagnosis.
