Questions from homeowners

Do you work on single-family homes and two-family houses?

Yes. Single-family homes, two-families, and smaller multi-family buildings are the core of our residential work in Ridgewood, Bushwick, Maspeth, Glendale and the surrounding neighborhoods. Two-families in this part of Queens and Brooklyn — pre-war brick row houses — are some of the most common jobs we do.

How quickly can you get to a residential job in Brooklyn or Queens?

Same day in Ridgewood, Bushwick, Maspeth, Glendale, and Middle Village. Same day or next day for most other neighborhoods in Brooklyn and Queens. For no-heat and active water emergencies, we respond 24/7 and quote the after-hours rate before dispatching.

Are you licensed for residential plumbing in NYC?

Licensed NYC Home Improvement Contractor, DCWP 2126225, fully insured. We pull permits when the work requires them and schedule inspections directly.

What's the difference between your residential and commercial work?

Residential work is done in occupied homes and two-families, usually for the homeowner or a property owner directly. We schedule around the household and clean up after ourselves. Commercial work is typically coordinated with a GC on a job site. We handle both and the quality standard is the same — the coordination style is different.
